Cancellation Policy

Deposits: All deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable. This policy helps reserve your slot and ensures commitment to the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Please notify me via [contact method] at least 24 hours in advance to make necessary changes. Rescheduling Limit: Each client is allowed one reschedule without any additional charges or implications. However, after utilizing the one-time reschedule allowance, further adjustments will require a new booking with a new deposit. Late Cancellation/No Show: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or failure to show up without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
